QR2 Pet Code

If you have found a pet protected by our QR2 Pet Tag, please enter the pet’s issued QR2 Pet Code here.

The Pet Code will take the form of a 7 Digit code consisting of two letters and five numbers located on the back side of the Pet Tag.

You will be redirected to the pet’s information page with all the corresponding contact information needed to reach the pet’s owner and ensure it’s safe return!

Found a Pet:

  • This code will be on the QR2 Pet Tag attached to the pet's collar
